signalmark.co.uk is operated by Wern Viljoen, trading as SignalMark, a sole trader based in South Africa. This policy covers the data we collect through the site itself; Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, has its own privacy policy covering checkout and billing data, linked below.

• Your email address and any details you give us, when you request a report, sign up for updates, or contact us.
• Order details (which report, when, and the amount paid), shared with us by Lemon Squeezy when you complete a purchase.

We do not collect or store full payment card details. Card and billing data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; see Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this site; if that changes, this page will say so.

• To deliver the report or service you've bought.
• To reply to questions sent to us.
• To send research updates, only if you've asked for them.

Lemon Squeezy (payment processing and billing), and whichever email or hosting provider we use to run the site and send reports. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

For as long as needed to fulfil an order, answer a query, or meet our own accounting and tax obligations, after which it's deleted.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, by emailing hello@signalmark.co.uk. If you're in South Africa, this is handled under POPIA; if you're in the EU or UK, the same request is handled under GDPR/UK GDPR principles.

We don't set our own tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy's checkout may set cookies of its own, under its own policy, when you make a purchase.

signalmark.co.uk is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
